How disputes work

After AI judgment, anyone may challenge a verdict on-chain. The contract — not this UI — is the final authority.

Once a claim is Judged, a 24-hour window opens. During that window you may post counter-evidence and a stake. After the window closes with no challenge, anyone can finalize the record.

The challenger’s stake must be at least the claimant’s original stake. Both amounts sit in escrow until settlement.

Settlement re-runs consensus with the original evidence and the challenger’s counter-evidence. The new verdict becomes Final.

  • Winner takes all when the final verdict is True or False — the prevailing side can withdraw the combined escrow.
  • Burn / lock when the result is Unverifiable — neither side is paid out as a winner.
